FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders, to almost every country.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION TIME
Every Shedlight is a pre-order product, made to order after you purchase. It can take around 30 days for your item to be made before it ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, most orders arrive within an estimated 5 to 10 business days, though some destinations may take longer. All production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carriers, customs, weather or high-volume periods.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, your parcel may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels refused or abandoned in customs are not eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please see our Return and Refund Policy and contact us at shedlightshop@outlook.com.
