These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shedlight online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Shedlight products are sold as pre-orders and are made to order. After you purchase, it can take around 30 days for your item to be made before it ships. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-order product.

2. PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND VARIATION
Each Shedlight is individually made and painted, so no two are exactly the same. Colour, fur detail, antler shape and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. Some images and videos used in our advertising and on our website are created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) to show the product, so the item you receive may look slightly different. These variations are not defects.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. SHIPPING
We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations, returns and refunds are handled according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window.

6. 30-DAY GUARANTEE
Every Shedlight is covered by a 30-day guarantee against damage on arrival and defects. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse or failure to follow the product instructions. See our Return and Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
- Use the product only as intended and only with the supplied power cable.
- Use only water and, if you choose, a few drops of essential oil.
- This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Unplug the product before filling, emptying or cleaning it.
- Do not place it where mist can reach electrical outlets or electronics.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow these instructions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including the Shedlight name, logo, designs, images, videos and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
