Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

PRE-ORDERS
All Shedlight products are sold as pre-orders. Your order is made specifically for you after purchase, and it can take around 30 days to be made before it ships. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER
- You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. Email shedlightshop@outlook.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
- Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
If we are unable to ship your order within a reasonable time of the estimated production period, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may then choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS BY US
We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item cannot be produced, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

REFUNDS
Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
